Collateral Lethality: A New Therapeutic Strategy in Oncology

In this perspective, we review the novel concept of “collateral lethality”, which has served to identify cancer-specific therapeutic vulnerabilities resulting from co-deletion of passenger genes neighboring tumor suppressor genes.
